Will the U.S. Army allow people with small cases of psoriasis to enlist?

I know this questions has been asked before, but I saw the questions where a least a year old. I hope an Army professional could answer this. Will the U.S. Army allow people with small cases of psoriasis to enlist?
Current or history of Psoriasis is disqualifying for enlistment in the armed forces. The source below is the medical standard. The answer hasn't changed in the past year.

I'm a retired Navy Medical Department Officer with 13 years as an enlisted Hospital Corpsman, including two-three years of carrying out physical exams for entry into the armed forces. Will the U.S. Army allow people with small cases of psoriasis to enlist?
you can just call a recruiter and ask him/her....it's too easy, son, too easy.
