Court Cases ruled by Judicial Restraint and Judicial Activism?

Using your knowledge of judicial restraint and judicial activism, decide how each case would be ruled by both types of justices.

1.) Brown V. board of Education-

2.) Miranda V. Arizona

3.) Tinker Case (1965)Court Cases ruled by Judicial Restraint and Judicial Activism?
B v. B. Activits would do what was done, restraints would have not ruled for a federal response but would have allowed states to decide whether to admit minorities.

Miranda: Activists would require that authorities must let people know their rights, restraint would have not required this action.

Tinker: Children are free to express some limited form of free speech and are protected by the first amendment unless they pose a danger. retraint: children are not adults and are not extended protections of the consittution in the way adults are.
