Do Computer Cases ever become outdated?

Thinking of buying the Cooler Master HAF 932 (supposedly best case for gaming computer). When mobo's with PCIe 3.0 and usb 3.0, are going to start coming out, they wont develop a new mobo format will they? Will it always be atx and e-atx?Do Computer Cases ever become outdated?
I would bet against motherboard sizes going to different standards any time soon.





Also, I bet they won't get any bigger. If you truly want to have a the versatility of going to a different motherboard size there are cases that will fit ATX/ Mini ATX and I believe you can find ones that will also fit Micro ATX. The thing you want to look for in that aspect is the screw patterns on the motherboard tray/chassis.Do Computer Cases ever become outdated?
